We are a small bookkeeping firm that provides outsourced bookkeeping and accounting services to several companies, mostly Christian non-profits. Our employees are paid on a "per-client" basis rather than being paid per hour. The portions of a client's accounting work, and the amount to be paid for that, will vary depending on the experience and skills of the worker, but an efficient worker can make more of an effective hourly rate, with flexible hours, than is normally available on the market for bookkeepers.
