Full responsibility for multi-state operation including sourcing, takeoffs, pricing, budgets, asset utilization and backlog.  5 years relevant experience, MS Office proficient, MS Access and Dynamics SL a plus.  Reports to CEO, supervise contract administrator, some travel for job familiarization.  Competitive salary and benefits.  EEO.
