Work at Home Solutions is an Independent Business Owner. We contract with Arise Virtual Solutions to provide Customer Service Professionals to answer inbound phone calls for Fortune 500 companies. We have 100+ agents working in our IBO and Arise in general has tens of thousands of agents working out of their homes. So when you ask is this legitimate. . .my answer is YES! YOU set your own hours and build your own schedule. Like to work weekends and have your weekdays off? Like to work mornings and have your afternoons free? Like to work when your kids are in school, only? No problem, partnering with Arise and lets you choose when you want to work. Work At Home Solutions provides you with the tools and training you need to work from home, be successful at it, and have fun at the same time!

Some (but not all) requirements for the position include (or the ability to obtain):
Must pass background check and drug test for most clients
Be 18 years of age or older and able to work legally in the United States
Participate in Customer Service Training and Client Training Courses through Arise
Have a "POTL" - plain ol' telephone line - NOT digital, cable, or Vonage (or cell phone)
Have internet access through DSL or Cable Modem - not wireless
Obtain both USB and phone headsets (type to be determined by client)
Have a desktop or laptop computer with Windows XP, Windows 7 (NOT VISTA) or a Mac (depending on client)
Working knowledge of computers and computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Have a great willingness to learn, follow direction, great communication skills and a love of helping others!

Customer Service, Sales or other experience welcome but not necessary! All the skills you'll need will be taught to you during your training!
