Manager of Hospice and Palliative Care

Summary: Responsible for development, implementation and management of quality hospice abd palliative care services for a rapidly growing home care agency.

Responsiblilities Include: Remains current in knowledge of hospice and palliative care. Directs professional staff in providing hospice and palliative care visits. Develops and maintains system to monitor patients and convert to hospice when disease progresses. Collaborates with Director to supervise assigned staff and maximize productivity. Maximizes hospice and palliative care visits by professional staff. 

Qualifications: RN BSN, Hospice and palliative certification preferred.   Hospice and palliative care experience with home care experience preferred. Strong supervisory and team building experience,
