Summary:
As a Sales Recruiting Sourcing Specialist, you will support the efforts of the Sales Recruiting team for North America, and the UK. Using LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as other tools and sites, you will hunt for new prospective sales candidates, and build out 'inventory' lists by market and by company. This position is designed, for the successful candidate, to career-path into a recruiting position, based on individual performance, and the needs of the business. The mechanics of this role will behave, and be measured, very similar to a sales role, in terms of activity metrics and success definitions. The ideal candidate will have either sales experience, or high-volume recruiting/sourcing experience. Daily duties and accountabilities may include:
