As a Sales Recruiting Sourcing Specialist, you will support the efforts of the Sales Recruiting team for North America, and the UK. Using LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as other tools and sites, you will hunt for new prospective sales candidates, and build out 'inventory' lists by market and by company. This position is designed, for the successful candidate, to career-path into a recruiting position, based on individual performance, and the needs of the business. The mechanics of this role will behave, and be measured, very similar to a sales role, in terms of activity metrics and success definitions. The ideal candidate will have either sales experience, or high-volume recruiting/sourcing experience. Daily duties and accountabilities may include:

  • Hunting daily for new prospective Sales candidates.
  • Create new candidate profiles in ATS.
  • Maintain candidate inventory lists by market.
  • Weekly calls with Sales Recruiters to understand their immediate and long-term candidate flow needs.
  • Candidate qualification via phone-screening.
  • Candidate interview scheduling.
  • Shadowing recruiters during phone interviews.

Desired Skills & Experience


  • 2 to 5 years experience in telesales, sales or in a recruiting capacity of some kind (sourcing, recruiting, etc.).
  • Goal oriented - comfortable being measured by quotas or other specific metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-pace environment with frequent interaction with multiple points of contact.
  • Technical expertise - experience with Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as ATS or CRM experience. Would prefer that the candidate is familiar with using LinkedIn for networking purposes, and has used WebEx previously as well.
  • Effective Communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Experience hunting for new sales prospects or new prospective candidates is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and be organized.
