U.S. Bank is looking for self-motivated, reliable individuals that exhibit a quality work-ethic to join our
24 Hour Banking and Financial Sales Contact Center. 
Provides high quality customer service for 24-Hour Banking by responding to telephone and/or email inquiries, requests and problems.  Researches and resolves problems and errors.  Actively expands existing customer relationships by cross selling products and services or referring customers to appropriate sales staff. Inbound call center with high call volume and focus on customer service and quality!  
Most shifts are 5 days per week (including Sunday or Saturday). Shifts are part time or full time (FT is 30 hrs + per week). Salary starting at $11.50 - $12.50/hr, depending on qualifications. Also, with the opportunity to earn incentive.
The next opporutnity to join our team is August 27th.
Qualified candidate must be able to attend 5 week paid training. Training is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm.  After training, all shifts include a Sunday or Saturday workday in their regular schedule. We are currently looking to hire for our 2nd shift positions.  All positions offer opportunity for incentive pay per month based on sales and goals.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eighteen months of customer service or related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills
- Effective sales and referral skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Prior call center experience preferred
