The Security Guard will be responsible for supporting the general store location's needs in all facets of security, safety and customer service. The Security Guard will also be responsible for implementing programs set forth by the Store Manager and Regional Loss Prevention Manager. The position will serve as a general deterrent for misconduct and for providing service needs for our customers.
•Demonstrate core competencies in developing partnerships with store staff members.
•Deliver customer service to those who enter our establishments and greet customers using the eye’s, hi’s and help method at all times.
•Patrol the general store area at assigned locations and create a welcoming and service oriented environment.
•Detect and deter individuals involved or carrying out illegal or illicit activity within our establishments.
•Report all factual incidents of theft, fraud and procedural matters to the appropriate personnel.
