VFORCE Membership Specialist (calling for National Company):


Membership Specialist must have sales or collections experience. Strong computer skills necessary.  Work at home experience preferred.  This is a work from home position. 
 

  • Position requires CRM/MRM (Membership Relationship Marketing) management (web based database), ability to make consecutive outbound telephone calls for a four hour period of time, professional/confident/friendly telephone etiquette, problem solving skills, confidentiality, organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A background check is required.

 

  • This position entails calling existing members whose membership has recently expired. Our goal of these calls is to renew the member over the telephone (debit or credit)/first call resolution. Membership education, gathering information regarding the reason the membership expired as well as noting the information correctly in the database is extremely important (quality checks are performed on a regular basis/quality standard must be met).

 

  • All Membership Specialists are employees of NTI (National Telecommuting Institute), working on the VForce contract. Unpaid self study may be required. Employees are required to sit for a minimum 4-hour-period of time.

 

  • Please do not apply if you do not have past work experience in the fields mentioned above, do not meet the home office requirements, are uncomfortable probing on the telephone, are uncomfortable up selling, cannot sit for a full shift or are unable to work evening hours.


We determine success in five ways:

o Number of telephone calls per hour
o Number of renewals per shift
o Accuracy of information provided to members
o Accuracy of updating Five9 Membership System
o Reliability of Employee


We do monitor company laptop, telephone calls and MRM daily. All telephone calls are recorded for training purposes.

Positions pay starting at $9.00 per hour. Hours for this position is Monday through Friday from 5-9 PM EST. Membership Specialists must have the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
All training is over the telephone & web based.

 

Home Office Set-up

Must be able to provide the following:
 

  • USB headset
  • High speed internet (DSL or Cable) hard wired to modem - NO satellite or dial-up
  • Quiet home office space with no disruptions or noise
  • Access to fax machine
  • PSTN (LAN line), long distance not necessary
  • Company laptop will be provided
