JTS is a start-up SDVOSB construction company in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD area.  It has successully completed over $5 mllion in DVA boiler repair and upgrade work at Perry Point, MD.  In addition, JTS is currently (January 2012) preparing to executeas the general contractor,  two contracts  at VAMC Baltimore and VAMC Washington DC.
