SALES – CUSTOMER SERVICE - OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
This position will support the Wholesale, Customer Service Sales and Operations in the day-to-day communications to website customers, specialty wholesale accounts and holiday retail efforts serving as the front-line to the Dynomighty brand. The philosophy of Dynomighty Inc. is to embrace innovation in all areas of its business model; its product development and manufacturing, marketing of product, technology and information architecture and most importantly its relationships with customers. The Sales – Operations Assistant should embody, respect and embrace the principles of the Dynomighty culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Dynomighty Wholesale, Distributor and Customer Service teams in the following:
Wholesale and Distributor Support
· Credit card new account validation and card issue resolution follow-up for specialty accounts
· Support in Tradeshow set-up, preparation, selling and follow-up
· Provides sales support during holiday markets; Bryant Park, Union Square, etc.
· Updates Constant Contact with new accounts and generated account lead information
· Supports in fulfillment; order tracking of specialty wholesale accounts as needed
· Provide updates to store locator for Dynomighty.com and mightywallets.com to Dynomighty’s web designer/programmer
Customer Service Support
· Google Alerts: monitor Google alerts and track listings of Dynomighty Design and its products as warranted
· Respond and follow-up to customer service inquiries and follow-through on website order adjustments
· Support the customer service manager in inbound online customer service and general phone support
· Liaise with USPS in troubleshooting shipping issues resulting from mightywallets.com and Dynomighty.com orders
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:
● A bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years in a professional and ideally creative environment
● A strong desire to be a part of an entrepreneurial, collaborative team with a solid work ethic and innate passion for product
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills, an outgoing personality and demonstrated excellence in customer service
● Self-motivated and a great team player
● Seeks opportunities to grow when and wherever possible
