ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION The Human Capital Analyst - Senior Consultant will support strategy development, planning, and execution for programs and initiatives in the areas of recruiting, outreach, retention, succession planning, and training and leadership development. Under the direction of the Contractor’s Program Manager, the Business Analyst Military Systems Support Analyst II supports the USAACE G3 Operations in writing, coordinating, and issuing Higher Headquarters (HHQ) Warning Orders, Operations Orders, Fragmentary Orders, Annexes, Appendices, and Attachments to appropriate USAACE organizations. The Project Manager will oversee a team charged with maintaining and maturing an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) capability, which integrates strategy, risk management, and performance management.
