The Project Manager will oversee a team charged with maintaining and maturing an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) capability, which integrates strategy, risk management, and performance management. The Project Manager will also participate as a part of the team to deliver the following: risk assessments; process recommendations and documentation; a concept of operations (ConOps); risk and performance data/metrics and reports; briefings; training and job aids; templates; key performance indicators and dashboards. The Project Manager will serve a dual role, supporting project management and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Business Analyst and must also have experience as a Project Manager. Duties may include, but are not limited to:   Project Management Provides administrative and technical leadership for projects. Leads and directs the work of others and assumes primary responsibility for ensuring completion of all project deliverables on time and with the highest quality. Develops and maintains project artifacts, including the Project Management Plan, schedule, status reports, meeting minutes and other project-related documents. Proactively identifies and mitigates project risks and issues. Provides support for executive-level meetings, including agendas, logistics, facilitation, and meeting minutes. Maintains a central repository (typically in SharePoint) of all deliverables, meeting minutes, and other documents submitted to the customer. Business Analysis Acts as liaison, problem solver, and facilitator. Creates and fosters an environment where risk is embedded in the day-to-day operations. Documents processes and uses process improvement methodologies (for example, Lean Six Sigma) to identify process gaps and organizational inefficiencies. Tracks and reports performance metrics. Designs, administers, and analyzes risk appetite surveys. Develops and delivers reports, dashboards, and other communication mechanisms. Collects, reviews, and aggregates data into spreadsheets. Establishes and monitors key risk indicators; updating and documentation and risk register. Performs basic data analysis to support reporting and decision making around risk, performance, and strategy. Develops and revises content for Word documents and PowerPoint presentations. Creates risk management templates, tools, and materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and management. Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field. PMP certification is required. Skills: Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated technical writing and presentation skills. Strong consultative, analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Ability to provide thought leadership and influence.
