Assist with researching, documenting, and analyzing complex financial and other activities, relationships, and holdings of threat organizations and their agents. Assist with identifying vulnerabilities of these groups, including sanctions and other actions. Identify individuals and entities involved in providing financial, material, and logistical support to threat organizations and its branches using a range of data sets. Analyze the mechanisms by which these organizations move money inside and outside controlled territory. Provide support to analytic exchanges with foreign counterparts to further inform Joint understanding of threat organization finances. Produce finished intelligence products and evidentiary memoranda that must support the designation of key threat organizations financial personnel and leadership figures.     Requirements: •3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis or targeting •3+ years of experience with all–source information research and analysis •Experience with intelligence messaging and research tools, including TAC and M3 •BA or BS degree • Active TS/SCI clearance      Additional Qualifications: •Experience with reading and writing in Farsi •Experience in interagency coordination experience with Department of Justice, the State Department,   and other government agencies •Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to write high–quality assessments and briefings for a senior-level audience •MA or MS degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Regional Studies, International Law, Business, or Finance preferred   Security clearance is required at the time of application. Serve as a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance analyst. Assist with the evaluation of financial regulatory information, including evaluating for BSA compliance. Review regulatory filings by financial institutions, including currency transaction reports (CTRs) and suspicious activity reports (SARs). Conduct regulatory, intelligence, and law enforcement research in support of possible civil enforcement actions. Use analytical and writing expertise to draft or review complex legal memoranda and other documents, including administrative summons, case assessments, notification letters, charging letters, and consent orders that support enforcement actions and administrative penalties. Gather supporting information from financial regulators, financial institutions, law enforcement, and other areas to evaluate and make a determination of compliance and enforcement actions. Assist with preparing matters for federal district court litigation. The Cost Estimator will support government related construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects involving the following areas:   • Analyzes drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates • Assesses cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to contract award costs as the project develops. • Consults with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. • Confers with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. • Prepares estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work. • Prepares estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors. • Identifying and quantifying cost factors, such as production time and raw material, equipment, and labor expenses. • Traveling to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor requirements, and other factors. • Reading drawings and technical documents to prepare estimates. • Collaborating with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors on estimates. • Using sophisticated computer software to calculate estimates. • Evaluating a product’s cost effectiveness or profitability. • Recommending ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable. • Preparing estimates for the government agent and other Program Managers. • Assists in developing cost documents such as project management plans for the duration of the project. Responds to cost needs for the duration of the project. • Accurately predicts the cost, size, and duration of future construction and manufacturing projects. • Analyzing many inputs in order to determine how much time, money, and labor a project needs and how profitable it will be. • Using computer software, including databases, to simulate building construction. • Calculating the cost of the construction phase for which the contractor is responsible. • Identifying the direct costs, such as the cost of raw materials and the cost of labor, and set a timeline for how long the project will take.  Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in an area such as economics, mathematics, building science, statistics, construction management, production management, accounting, finance or engineering. • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a planner/scheduler on construction projects. • Hold industry recognized certification such as a Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Earned Value Professional (EVP), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Project Management Institute-Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), etc. • Excellent IT and math skills. • Good problem-solving skills. • The ability to pay close attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Good project management skills. • Have a keen sense of business acumen and awareness. • An understanding of the importance of data confidentiality. • Ability to work independently. • The ability to organize work and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of regulations, price trends and exchange rates in building construction and associated trades. • Experience using industry software products used for cost estimating activities.   Must have an active secret clearance. The Project Scheduler will support government related construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects involving the following areas.   • Understanding of all phases in construction projects. • Developing and maintain schedules and integrated master schedules. • Developing project management plans. • Developing Work Breakdown Structure and activity coding. • Developing and/or incorporate schedule information from vendors (design, IT/AV, FF&E, security, move management, etc.) with general contractor schedule and master program schedule. • Providing detailed analysis of project schedules, from project inception, through the design phases to construction kickoff and completion. • Monitoring project progress and provide weekly status updates. • Creating schedule fragments for change or what-if scenarios. • Providing impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities and proactively develop mitigation strategies for the Project Management team. • Utilizing schedule reporting and analysis features such as Claim Digger and time-distributed reports. • Coordinating meetings and briefings. • Organizing and maintaining data in clear accurate formats. • Preparing various planning documents/milestones including cost and execution milestones, construction schedules, furniture acquisition, alternative work space design and construction, and change order management. • Assisting team in gathering information and answering questions. • Monitoring schedule deviations and variances and assist in developing corrective actions. • Performing time impact analysis, and track changes that affect the schedule.  Job Requirements: • A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. • 10 years scheduling experience in building construction projects. • Must possess working knowledge of Construction processes in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • Must be proficient in latest versions of construction project software including but not limited to the latest versions of Primavera, Microsoft Project or Suretrak. • Knowledge of construction project process and other facilities management functional areas. • Excellent communication (verbal or writing) skills. • Ability to handle numerous tasks. • Expert in scheduling, critical path analysis, earned value management, and using scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 for managing tasks, collaboration, managing timelines, measuring progress, and generating reports. • Experience producing and managing a resource/cost loaded schedule for the life cycle of a construction project from concept to engineering/design, to procurement and construction. • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications of MS Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint, and is skilled at performing data evaluation, formulas and metrics in Excel. • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem solving acumen in the area of scheduling. • Government construction project experience preferred. • Having an understanding of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques, Risk Analysis, Risk Management, and support of project objectives. • Ability to work independently and interact professionally with Project Managers, team leaders, subcontractors and the Government Customers.   Must have an active Secret clearance.
