GENERAL SUMMARY Provide Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) to children diagnosed with autism, as well as utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles with all clients. The BCBA will work to increase functional skills and decrease behaviors that negatively impact learning and daily living. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a client caseload by completing behavioral assessments, including the VB-MAPP, ABLSS-R, and functional analysis. GENERAL SUMMARY Assist the Head Coach in the recruitment, counseling, conditioning, training and coaching of a varsity team. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to any and all NCAA, Mid-American Conference and Eastern Michigan University policies, rules, regulations, and operational procedures. Assist in the organization and direction of all activities of a varsity sport. Assist in the recruitment of prospective athletes to the University. Coach team members individually and in groups, demonstrating techniques of the game. Counsel and advise student athletes with personal or academic problems. Report to one broad area of specific responsibility, as assigned. Make position assignments and determine areas needing improvements. Assist with development of contest strategy. GENERAL SUMMARY Assist in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of student academic development/support services for TRIO SSS Program eligible students. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Director, TRIO SSS Program, in the identification, recruitment, selection, assessment and retention of program student participants. Responsible for daily office oversight and providing program administration support by preparing correspondence to students, maintaining student records, administering participant documents and overseeing student record database management. Assist in the planning and organization of a comprehensive learning program for participants, including event planning, academic support services, student appointments, and cross-departmental collaboration. Advise program participants on academic, career, financial and graduate school preparation issues. Annually recruit, interview, and select new program participants. Collaborate with program staff in data collection, program planning and report development. Assist Director in the training, support and supervision of college work study students, Peer Tutors and graduate student interns. Represent the program at meetings, conferences and other events on camps, as well as at targeted high schools and in the community. Perform related departmental duties as required.

GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for implementing school age educational activities at an assigned location. Coordinate activities that include academic learning experiences, field trips and site-based liaison among program staff, school staff, community partners, students and parents. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain efficient learning environment for a quality educationally-focused after school program. Set-up, open and close daily after school program site; prepare daily snacks. Coordinate activities with program teaching staff and act as liaison to regular school staff. Document and maintain daily attendance, homework activity and other personnel and student records, as necessary, to meet state and federal database management requirements and deadlines. Coordinate activity flow, time and facility management. Assist with teaching activities; develop activities that integrate with academic core time. Participant in curriculum development and integration. Assist with the application of technology to science and literacy curriculum components. Interact effectively with students, parents, staff, community partners and University personnel on a daily basis. Supervise student assistances; mentor and evaluate pre-student teachers. GENERAL SUMMARY Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate classroom activities in the Pre-School Program. Supervise student employees and, in absence of Teacher I, assume Teacher II responsibilities. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate classroom activities for a specific age group of children. Provide input to Director regarding the hiring of classroom student employees. Model appropriate classroom teaching practices; in the absence of the Teacher II, complete related forms, observations, and evaluations to assess practicum student's progress. Maintain records, and monitor and report on the progress of individual children in accordance with the protocol established by the Children's Institute, receiving schools, referral agencies, and sponsoring agencies. Conduct and/or participate in parent-teacher conferences and home visits, and report to parents on child's adjustment and daily/periodic progress. Supervise, train, and evaluate student employees and volunteers. Organize and maintain a safe, attractive, and stimulating classroom learning environment. Support policies and goals of the Children's Institute; participate in staff meetings, in-service training sessions, and research and special projects. Take leadership responsibility for at least one short-term or subcommittee activity or special project per academic year. Perform related Departmental duties, as required.
