Coordinate the planning, design and implementation of educational programs for campus and community (e.g, Barbershop, Queendom Vibes, excursions, speakers, etc...). Create and administer approvals of programming based on institutional directives to provide academic support and life skill developments for program participants. Lead, organize, and manage registration and participant selection recruiting process for prospective students. Plan orientation for new cohorts and program staff. Attend events and conferences on behalf of program and for professional development. Serve as the programs main point of contact for Housing and Residential Life to coordinate logistics pertaining to the Living and Learning Community (e.g., Early Move-In and Pre-Orientation) and for program student cohorts focusing on issues impacting their development and well-being. Work with designated Academic Advisors to review scholars' academic and registration status. Foster and maintain a strong partnership with various constituents across campus to better serve students in the program. Coordinate partnerships with academic departments to create courses suitable to student participants (e.g., AFC 101, LEAD 201). Manage all registration, logistics and fiscal responsibilities as it relates to the program. Draft and oversee communications pertaining to the program, including but not limited to press releases, reports and social media accounts. Lead various one-on one and group meetings with program students and staff, meet twice weekly with Academic Advisors and designated Success Coaches, and hold monthly meetings with leadership. Assist Director with hiring, training, and evaluating the performance of student staff and interns employed in each program. Develop and maintain policies and procedures manuals for programs administered, as well as a database of program participants Adhere to any and all NCAA, Mid-American Conference and Eastern Michigan University policies, rules, regulations, and operational procedures. Perform related department duties as required.

Demonstrate administrative capability as a financial aid administrator by ensuring practices, policies, and procedures are in compliance with Federal and State regulations. Must maintain a thorough working knowledge of financial aid rules and regulations. Responsible for all training & compliance in accordance with Title IV regulations. Coordinate data preparation for federal, state and institutional reports and financial aid data processing activities. Coordinate training and act as point of contact with external call center. GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for assessing the wellness education and activity needs of the student campus community and planning, developing, coordinating wellness programs, events, and activities to meet or exceed the needs of the student campus community, under the guidance of Associate Director of Wellness and Community Responsibility. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement educational programs, services and special projects that target specific populations such as residence hall population, Greeks, orientees, foreign students, minority populations, etc. Survey and meet with students and faculty to identify barriers and develop solutions to support student's full participation in their success and wellness engagement at Eastern Michigan University. Initiate transition, orientation, support groups, peer relations, student organizations, and other co-curricular programs to support students in their success at Eastern Michigan University, as necessary. Coordinate annual program assessments and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency and success of Office of Wellness and Community Responsibility programming and services. Coordinate and lead biennial review committee for alcohol and other drug policies in accordance with the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act. Assist with the development, implementation, prioritization and maintenance of the Office of Wellness and Community Responsibility website, and Simplicity case management system to achieve area goals. Investigate and pursue wellness-related grants and outside funding sources. Participate in University policy development on wellness related issues. Ensure area policies and protocols are in compliance with university policies and local, state, and federal laws. Assist in the maintenance of required university records related to the Office of Wellness and Community Responsibility and compile service reports, informational materials, and data reports to comply with institutional, local, state, and/or federal mandates/requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations on Office of Wellness and Community Responsibility issues and services and provide training to university staff and faculty surrounding these issues and services. Assist university personnel in ensuring compliance with all applicable local state and federal laws and all other related legal regulations. Represent the Office of Wellness and Community Responsibility on university committee's concerned with addressing student issues, campus culture, and university policies and procedures. Mange case files and perform timely and accurate intake and resolution for confidential case referrals involving policy and/or process concerns/violations when needed. Handles subpoenas for Legal Affairs. Maintain appropriate confidentiality in all forms of communication, complying with FERPA, University, and Office of Wellness and Community Responsibility guidelines and ensure adherence to University policies and confirm due process as it relates to institutional protocol. Represent the University's interests at external meetings, professional organizations and other events or through scholarly contributions related to the Office of Wellness and Community Responsibility within higher education. GENERAL SUMMARY Assist in the coordination and administration of the health care program of all student-athletes. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to any and all NCAA, Mid-American Conference and Eastern Michigan University policies, rules, regulations, and operational procedures. Provide athletic training care and services which include: the prevention, recognition and assessment, management and care, health counseling and education, and rehabilitation for injuries and illnesses to student-athletes within the EMU athletic program, under the direction of the Associate Athletic Director, Sports Medicine and the medical direction of the department of intercollegiate Team Physicians. Attend athletic practices and competitions in order to provide appropriate athletic training services to student-athletes in the intercollegiate athletic training program. Maintain all medical records of student-athletes participating in sports in the intercollegiate athletic program. Assist in the coordination and implementation of the athletic medical insurance policies and procedures. Initiate orders for needed supplies and equipment. Control and organize the inventory of supplies. Assist in maintaining the policies and procedures of the sports medicine department. Maintain National Athletic Trainers' Association Membership, Certification and Licensure in the State of Michigan. Provide clinical teaching experiences in accordance with Eastern Michigan University's Athletic Training Education Program and National Athletic Trainers' Association standards. GENERAL SUMMARY Provide Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) to children diagnosed with autism, as well as utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles with all clients. The BCBA will work to increase functional skills and decrease behaviors that negatively impact learning and daily living. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a client caseload by completing behavioral assessments, including the VB-MAPP, ABLSS-R, and functional analysis. Develop treatment goals, protocols, and data collection systems. Provide client supervision by reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing data. Plan and attend relevant in-service and continuing education programs. Complete trainings, provide feedback and conduct treatment integrity checks for front line staff. Complete initial authorization and re-authorization reports in a timely manner, while maintaining active status with a variety of insurer panels, licensing and credentialing agencies. Provide parent support and education and consultative services with client treatment team members; e.g. community educators, medical doctors, etc. Consult with University personnel, parents and others as needed in the process of delivering therapies. Assist in the supervision and evaluation of graduate and undergraduate trainees. Keep abreast of in-service training and educational programs in relevant therapeutic area and maintain current credentials and licensing. Prepare write-ups and reports. Other duties as assigned.

GENERAL SUMMARY Support the basketball/football coaching staff in their recruitment, counseling, conditioning, training, and coaching of the varsity basketball or football team. Assist in the on-campus recruitment of prospective student-athletes; maintain recruiting software and coordinate weekly mailings. Coordinate all video (i.e., film exchange, film editing, scout tapes, etc.) Organize special events (i.e., banquets, senior and meet the team day, etc.). Coordinate all travel for the team and coaches for competitions and recruiting. Responsible for putting together the competition schedule. Coordinate all community service functions for the assigned program. Serve as the liaison with marketing/promotions, compliance, academic support, facility management, and game operations.
