A lot of firms talk about a focus on diversity or being certified as a Diversity Business Enterprise or Minority Business Enterprise, but we actually measure and report on our diversity hiring statistics. For Q2 2011, we are proud to share that 85% of our employee base was diverse (includes Women, Veterans and People of Color).
To further enhance our diversity recruiting focus, we have implemented a new Veterans and Wounded Warriors recruiting program. We are so excited to be able to support our returning warriors, and we recognize the tremendous value and skills they bring to our workforce.
