About Us

Cenikor Foundation is one of the oldest and most successful substance abuse treatment centers in the nation. Since 1967, Cenikor has expanded to assist more than 1,000 people a week achieve better health and better lives.

Cenikor has been committed to helping people deal with chronic addictions, most of that time in the long-term therapeutic community environment. Cenikor provides the full continuum of care, throughout Texas and New Mexico, helping adults at every stage of their recovery, from detoxification, through short-term inpatient care, long-term inpatient programs and outpatient care. Cenikor also provides adolescent short-term inpatient treatment and outpatient services.

Cenikor Foundation is a non-profit organization, dedicated to assisting people in developing the skills needed to become responsible citizens free of substance abuse.

Fees for services vary. Many are provided on a sliding scale based on income. Self-payment and most insurance plans are accepted.
