We are a family‑owned and veteran‑owned private high school program serving students across Arizona, and we are looking for a motivated Outreach Specialist to support our northern region. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on the road, enjoy working directly with people, and take pride in helping students move forward in their education.

As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling and attending appointments to pick up and drop off student packets, driving to designated locations throughout Northern Arizona, and assisting new students with enrollment into our various programs. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for students and families, providing guidance, answering questions, and representing our school with professionalism and integrity.

This position requires strong people skills, clear communication, reliability, and comfort working independently while traveling. Military experience translates exceptionally well here, discipline, accountability, and mission‑focused work are at the heart of what we do.
