Salary Range- $20-$35.00 per hour

Job Description

Role involves precision grinding of machine parts including Outside Diameter (OD), Inside Diameter (ID), and Surface Grinding primarily for the Aerospace, Airline, and Defense Industries.

The position offers flexible working hours. While some experience is preferred, training will be provided for motivated candidates. Compensation is based on skills and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays, PTO, and benefits after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform OD, ID and Surface grinding on machine parts
• Maintain manual grinding machines and work areas for optimal performance
• Ensure quality control for Industry, Company and customer standards
• Work independently under the direction of the Shop Foreman
• Follow safety protocols and Company policies
• Adapt to flexible scheduling to meet production needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Some shop experience in machining and grinding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools
• Strong commitment to safety
