AF1 Protective Agency is a licensed Florida security firm headquartered in Weston, FL, providing armed and unarmed protective services, fire/life safety systems, and surveillance solutions to commercial, residential, and government clients across the state.

We're actively building our team of Level 2 Armed Security Officers and are especially looking for candidates with military or law enforcement backgrounds who bring discipline, situational awareness, and a proven record under pressure. Our armed posts require an active Florida Class D and Class G license, current CPR/AED/First Aid certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in an armed security role.

AF1 holds active state contracting credentials (GSA MAS, MBE certified) and serves a growing portfolio of high-visibility commercial, automotive, and residential clients throughout South Florida.
