My name is Nicole Matyszuk, and I’m reaching out on behalf of Capstone Construction, a general contractor based in Orange County. We are currently looking to fill a superintendent/field supervision position and would appreciate the opportunity to share this opening with transitioning service members on base.

Capstone Construction is a veteran‑owned company. Our owner, Ben Matyszuk, is a retired Army veteran and a service‑disabled veteran with approximately 12 years of experience in the California construction industry. Because of his background, we place a high value on the leadership, discipline, and problem‑solving skills that service members bring to the construction field.

Our work includes a wide range of project types. While we specialize in custom home construction, we also complete remodels, multifamily projects, and other specialized builds. Our job sites are located throughout Orange County and the Los Angeles area. We are growing quickly, and although we are currently hiring for one position, we anticipate additional openings in the near future.

The superintendent/field supervision role is hands‑on, with most of the workday spent on active job sites. We are open to candidates with minimal experience who are motivated to learn and grow within the industry.
