We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and doors — and we have spent years building one of the strongest reputations in the region for quality work, honest dealing, and taking care of our customers. We are not a national franchise. We are a South Jersey company, built by South Jersey people, serving South Jersey homeowners.

What We Offer

We are actively hiring for sales representatives, production coordinators, project managers, and office staff across South Jersey. No roofing experience required — we provide full training, a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding program, and a dedicated mentor from day one.

Our sales roles are commission-based, which means your income is directly tied to your effort and output. There is no ceiling. Performers on our team earn $55,000 to $175,000+ annually — and the difference between those numbers is hustle, coachability, and consistency.
