Location: 9960 Alliance Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242
Shift/Hours: Nights, 10:45pm - 6:45am. Will work 6 days a week with 1 day off a week. The day off could be the same day each week.
Pay: $29.79-$37.23/ hr

The Opportunity:
Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems including PLCs.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems.
- Work on motors, conveyors, AC/DC, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Will work with steam and boiler controls, and mechanical power drives.
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Complete Timely and accurate paperwork .
What you need to succeed:
- Strong Electrical aptitude required with extensive troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with Troubleshooting in a Production/Manufacturing Environment.
- Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems.
- Ability to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives.
- Able to install and troubleshoot basic 3 phase motor control circuits.
- Knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches.
- A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability preferred.
- Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Must be fully computer literate with Microsoft environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner.
- Ability to work weekends & overtime.
- Basic mathematical skills and basic technology/computer skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Military training and/or Technical School preferred.
- Corrugated background is a plus, but not required
