***The work location of this position is Pope Army Airfield.*** Instructor provides specialized Code of Conduct (COC) Personnel Recovery (PR) subject matter expertise through platform instruction, role play, and other adult learning methodologies, both in and out of residence, to a variety of PR professionals within the Department of Defense (DOD). Instruct and provide training regarding behavior expectations while in captivity as well as PR concepts associated with high-risk personnel in both an academic and laboratory environment.  Responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to: - Participate in the development of training courses, instructor guides, and programs of instruction by leveraging knowledge of the PR field.- Provide academic instruction, guided discussion, and directed instructional laboratories for specialized COC training and PR concepts associated with high-risk DOD personnel.  - Perform day-to-day administrative functions, and security of classified materials, documents, and DOD facilities. - Adhere to program course control documents, media presentations, student training aids, and computer based systems. - Evaluate students’ knowledge and ability to employ program strategies. - Demonstrate subject matter expertise level understanding of PR applicable DOD Directives and core documents. - Conduct specialized PR COC courses through in-resident, mobile training team, and mission readiness exercise venues. - Achieve and maintain qualifications and skills in accordance with applicable operating instructions. - Write training programs including outlines, text, handouts, lesson plans, training aids, practical exercises, and tests. - Assist in the development of training concepts and supporting plans. - Provide research, analysis, and advice to DOD customers relevant to PR products, tasks, publications, regulations, and other documents.

Provides subject matter expertise and administrative support to our customer’s Personnel Recovery (PR) Assessments Program. Develops processes and procedures to assess the Combatant Commands’ PR programs on an ongoing basis. Drafts official message traffic regarding PR and SERE assessment requirements and schedules. Drafts and staffs Assessment Reports. Analyzes survey data and other data to support assessments. Travels to the Combatant Commands (CCMD) to assist with assessing CCMD Personnel Recovery programs. Assists with other DoD-level assessments to include Critical Review of Joint Staff assessments for PR-related issues. Uses a continuous process such as surveys and other assessment instruments to appraise the quality of training programs. Collects and analyzes training data to determine the needs of the Joint community. Assists the government by maintaining a continuous process that gathers data from the field to assess post graduate performance in a job environment.

The Electronics Technician will assist in the development, testing and employment of new capabilities and will be responsible for assisting with the management and maintenance of deployable support capabilities. The electronics technician is responsible for the operational readiness of all capabilities developed by and for the supported organization. The electronics technician should have knowledge of test and evaluation concepts to include test plan development, test metrics, test design and test execution. The electronics technician will maintain Department of Defense deployment readiness standards and may be required to deploy to abroad to provide support for short duration operations and exercises. The electronics technician must have superb communication skills, as they will be directly interfacing with the client, and must be able to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.                 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manages and sustains an electronics support laboratory and associated equipment Conducts inventory, routine maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of electronics systems. Designs, fabricates and tests custom RF devices to include miniature transceivers as well as support circuits such as microcontrollers (for sensor integration and hardware control) and small power management systems (e.g. voltage regulators and chargers). This position provides information and administrative support to the Director's office. Performs multiple and varying assignments in the areas of media pre-production, media production, and media post-production, under the direction of the Director of Media Production.    Supports the planning, production, maintenance, preservation, restoration, and currency of highly specialized multimedia, interactive, video, motion picture, photographic, graphic, show control, audio, and print products utilized to present classified Code of Conduct and other instruction, and other DOD media production requirements.    Acts as an individual contributor and/or member of a team and may perform team lead   functions.   Major responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to : Coordinate with media work requesters.
