Lodging Solutions, a disaster service company, is in search of culinary talent, leaders and soldiers in a high-octane culinary environment. This is on-demand recruitment, so we would recommend freelance professionals only respond. The following positions are seasonal/event based. Our culinary program and equipment are state of the art to deliver high-volume high-quality hospitality services to our clients. Our work environment maintains an upbeat attitude with brigade style teams.
Above average pay by hourly wages with overtime over 40 hours as well as bonus programs for high efficiency. Get paid for every hour you work, rather than a daily rate where in most cases, YOU lose. Receive two paid travel days up to 8 hours, $50 travel day per diem, as well as arranged travel. Live on site with all the amenities that our clients have access to. Must be able to deploy at a moment’s notice and in some cases pre-arranged. Deployed assignment locations will vary dependent upon where and when the event happens. The length of deployment will also vary days, weeks, or months based on our clients’ needs. You can expect to work 10–12-hour workdays.
