Urban Community Alliance (UCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in New Haven Connecticut. Our mission is to empower families of color to develop healthy attachments and promote physical, and emotional. Social and spiritual well-being while developing a positive connection to their communities. Through helping individuals realize their personal strengths and agency, UCA embodies a person-centered approach while promoting civic engagement.  Urban Community Alliance seeks to expand its influence by collaborating and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen wrap-around support. 

UCA seeks to fill position of full-time Coordinator for our V.E.T.T.S program

V.E.T.T.S Mentoring Program aims to establish restorative justice through effective mentoring program that support youth and their emerging racial identities with the tools and the confidence to make better life decisions. This will result in developing productive citizens who will make meaningful contributions that allow urban communities to thrive. The program serves as a catalyst for racial equality, juvenile justice reform, advocacy and outreach.
