LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM CAREER?  We provide hospitals with non-clinical, support services employees.   We have staffing contracts that are, at first, temporary, but most of our candidates transition to our Client hospitals to full-time employment.  We invest about a $1,000 into each candidate before we send them on assignment.  Our Employee orientation is designed by experienced HireCare managers and trainers.  Our employee training is unique in the health care staffing industry, with written post testing for all health care applicants. Current TJC and CDPH Title 22 DHS standards are incorporated in our training sessions.  HireCare also provides support services leadership workshops for managers and supervisors.
