We are a state-certified personal care facility, with the capacity to serve 42 Personal Care residents and 12 Memory Care residents, in addition to our 12-unit Sisters Wing. Rooted in the CHFM Mission and inspired by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, our staff and volunteers welcome and lovingly care for residents from all walks of life and faith backgrounds. We are committed to meeting residents' needs in body, mind, and spirit.
We are also a state-licensed childcare provider with a 4-Star Keystone Stars Program rooted in the CHFM Mission and inspired by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth. Our children range in age from 6 weeks to 4 years old. Our teachers frequently maintain 18 continuing education credits annually, and many have been on our team for 5 years or more. We operate from the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
