Blizzard Beer Systems is one of the leaders in the long draw draft beer system industry. The innovative technology in our glycol chillers and beer towers allows our system to dispense 29° beer easily in a high-volume pouring environment. We ensure our work is of the highest quality as is evidenced in over 90 Twin Peaks Restaurant locations, Lucille’s BBQ locations, all Duke’s and Monkeypod locations, as well as dozens of smaller restaurants across the United States. We are looking to add a highly motivated individual looking to develop their mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and technical skills.

We are currently located in the city of Los Alamitos, CA, but do plan to relocate to Gilbert, AZ in the summer of 2024.

JOB SUMMARY: The Installation Technician is responsible for assembling all Blizzard Beer System components including glycol chillers, beer towers, drip trays, soldouts, beer trunklines, and glycol supply lines. Duties include traveling locally and out of state to install beer systems at various restaurants and bars. The Installation Technician will also do local service calls to service our beer system customers.   JOB DESCRIPTION: Installing beer system equipment such as glycol chillers on rooftops, beer towers, soldouts in beer coolers, trunklines from the cooler to the bar, insulating and wrapping trunkline. connections, supply lines from the cooler to the glycol chillers, running CO2 and N air lines, making PVC beer drain lines, cutting holes in the cooler and on the roof.
