These are 1099 Contract Labor positions and no insurance is offered other than option to obtain AFLAC at employer rate. 

We are seeking someone who wishes to work, is respectful, can be reliable, has transportation, and has a clean background. Will accept past DWI if all probation requirements have already been satisfied. Other items are things that happened greater than 10 years ago and were resolved greater than 10 years ago(probation, etc). These items will need to be evaluated prior to any offers.
