construction company. Forge is solving the problems caused by the disappearing trades workforce
through a unique approach to education, technology, and service — creating a better experience for both
homeowners and tradespeople. Our mission is to build and power the next-generation trades community.
About The Program
Our apprenticeship is a paid 12-week entry level program targeted at people looking to start their career
in a skilled trade. Learn via a combination of classroom and workshop instruction as well as riding along
with seasoned pros on real jobs. The program is both full time and paid, and open to those with
entry-level experience. Our curriculum focuses on the basics of carpentry, painting, drywall and tiling -- we
aim for this early exposure to help you find your passion and set up your future career as a Forge Pro.
A full time position as part of the Forge team will be offered to individuals who complete the program
successfully.

About You
-Natural curiosity to tinker with, fix, and build things
-Excited to begin a career outside an office setting
-Vocational training or experience in maintenance or construction is a plus
-Able to commute to our workshop in Newton, MA
-Legally able to work in the U.S., submit to a criminal background check, present a valid driver's license
and provide proof of COVID vaccination upon employment.

-Framing walls, rafters, decks
-Drywalling, painting, tiling
-Door and window installation
-Trimwork
-Hanging TVs, mirrors, curtains, blinds
-Use of basic carpentry hand and power tools
-Use of our internally developed remote triage and assisted reality tools
