We are a property management company established in 1991. We manage 100+ retail, industrial and office properties in Southern California - from San Diego to Los Angeles and Inland Empire.

We are looking to hire a responsible driver who will work 30-40 hours per week, visiting the properties we manage.  A property visit consists of getting out of the car, walking around the property and taking pictures of specific areas, and reporting to our office any issues that need prompt attention (repairs, cleaning, security, trip hazards).

We are offering pay of $20 per hour + California mileage reimbursement of 56 Cents per mile.
