VBS was established in 2015 and is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  The company is owned and operated by ret. Major Arthur N. Mabbett, a distinguished US Army veteran who served from 1970 to 1989 as an Environmental Science, Medical Service Corps Officer.  Arthur has established a number of successful businesses including Mabbett & Associates Inc. (www.mabbett.com). 

VBS is doing our part in fighting this global pandemic through donating various personal protective equipment to local and state agencies across the United States. To date we have donated thousands of N95 respirators, Clorox cleaning supplies, and Purell Hand Sanitizer to combat the Covid 19 virus.
