Specialty Staffing is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Focused on uplifting and developing our team; our CEO started working BOH as a dishwasher. From there he made the switch to FOH, starting as a server, excelling as a captain, Maître D, Operations Manager, and now CEO. During his journey he was exposed to key issues detrimental to the hospitality industry. From poor working conditions, lack of training efforts, and low employee morale, he promised a change. With heavy focus on training, continued education, cross training and most importantly an enjoyable work environment, he ensures our company morale is constantly being elevated. Similarly, part of our management team started as servers, advancing their way through the ranks. This allows for experienced management who understands the job requirements and sets realistic expectations, making success a reality.
