Mold and Water Damage Remediation Tech (Downtown Birmingham Al)

$15.00/Hr. + commission bonuses

Pay is based on skill level

Job Description - Some daily duties may include: Working in crawlspaces, Crawlspace mold remediation, Interior Demolitions, Interior Mold Remediation, Spraying paint, General cleaning, Installing crawlspace encapsulation systems, installation of interior drainage systems in a crawlspace.

Full-time preferred.

You will need to have a neat professional appearance to represent the family well. Previous Experience can be a plus but not required. We will train onsite. We work mostly 8-10-hour days, 5 days a week, but in the business, you have to be ready to go take care of emergencies almost at any time. Weekend work is not scheduled. I can work with the right part-time help and flexible hour options, dependent on the workload. We will provide half dental and vision benefits for a single participant.
