Maintenance Technician (Various Levels):

THE JOB: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing ongoing maintenance and completing repairs on occupied and vacant rental homes. Depending on seniority and experience, day-to-day duties may include (but not limited to):
Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, stooping, squatting etc. Lifting and carrying of bulky or heavy items may be required.
Other Requirements: Must have own basic maintenance tools. Clean and valid driver’s license is required. Must pass a background check. This position requires flexibility to serve in the on-call maintenance rotation providing evening, weekends and holiday emergency service alongside teammates.
