• Puzzle/Problem Solver
• Ability to recognize patterns 
• Experience on construction sites
• Experience with CAD drawings
• Basic comprehension and interpretation of utility records, schematics, as-builts, etc.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to adapt to situations without becoming flustered  
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other foundational programs 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with coworkers and clients.
