The City of Cape Coral is situated on the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida. With a population approaching 200,000, it is the largest city between Tampa and Miami and the 8th most populous in Florida. Its area of more than 120 square miles makes Cape Coral the 3rd largest Florida city by land mass.
