Our Founder, Phil Epp, started his career in construction at the ripe age of 15, working summers and after school for a home builder in his hometown of Henderson, NE. In 1982, he and his family moved to Lincoln NE to start a business as a remodeler and luxury home builder. During that time, he noticed a real need for a concrete foundation company in Lincoln, so in 1994, he founded the Epp Foundation Company. Our primary business was pouring basements for new residential homes.

In 2004 Phil’s son Dave joined the team and became an integral part of our company. We then began offering both residential & commercial poured wall construction as well as flatwork, waterproofing, and remedial foundation repair.

In 2011 our foundation repair division was growing so quickly we had to devote an entire division to the foundation repair and waterproofing side. Eventually, that foundation repair division grew to the point that it became our main area of focus. Our attention to detail, family-oriented environment, and customer guidance has helped us become one of the leaders in remedial foundation repair in our area.
