We take pride in every step when preparing and making our jerky using beef that is grass fed 100% Angus with safe, healthy and great tasting methods and preparation.We keep everything fresh and we purchase the best grade of beef available. It’s never frozen for several days or stored in some big warehouse. We sell our jerky at several local Farmer Markets throughout Texas. We are the ONLY beef jerky manufacturing company in the DFW area! We use a combination of different spices and marinades to make the very BEST beef jerky to be found.
