John Padilla Plumbing, Heating and Air was founded in 2011 with just two trucks. Ten years later and we have grown to 9 trucks and continue to add expert technicians as we expand. We provide residential plumbing, heating and air conditioning services to homeowners throughout San Diego. 

We have a strong culture of personal development and emphasize training and development. Our technicians take pride in their ability to handle all types of plumbing and HVAC requests presented from clients. We have bi-monthly in-house training sessions put on by our technicians with decades of experience and knowledge they love to pass on. 

John served five years in the air force and has since had success in hiring employees from other branches of the military.
