Gary S. "Skipper" Joyce established the Joyce Agency Inc. in 1982. The Joyce Agency covers the plumbing and mechanical markets of Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, West Virginia and Washington D.C. We formed (EPG) the Engineered Products Group in 1998 to focus on the HVAC and Hydronic markets, as well as the engineering community and the specification market. In 2000 we formed (APG), Architectural Products Group. APG is focused on kitchen and bath showrooms, as well as the high-end residential homebuilder, architect, and designer. Lastly, in 2020 we created (MSG) Manufacturer's Service Group to handle all service and warranty work, as well as startup and commissioning for the many products that we represent. We believe that by establishing separate divisions focused on specific market segments that we can offer superior market coverage for all the manufactures that we represent. Our manufacturers and customers benefit from the synergy of all four divisions.

From the beginning, we endeavored to become the best manufacturer's representative agency for the finest manufacturers in the industry. The Joyce Agency was honored in 2010 as the Representative of the Year by Plumbing & Mechanical Magazine. We strive to continue this tradition of success by focusing on a simple philosophy: Provide invaluable service to our customers, and give the manufacturers we represent acceptance and penetration into the marketplace.
