As an Applicant you would be working as a Customer Service Representatives/Pay roll clerk. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers. Tracking employee work hours, updating records when an employee's status changes, answering payroll questions employees have and performing calculations with commissions, bonuses, taxes and other deductions. Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
