Problem Solvers- Whether its making our presses run better or tackling a tough problem for a prospect, it is only through problem solving that we will grow as a business. If we are not good a critical thinking and how to improve or solve problems our competition absolutely will be.

Endeavour to help everyone (Customers, Employees, Vendors) to realize their potential- In short we are here to help people. If we don’t help businesses solve their problems we will fail. If we don’t help our employees grow, we will fail. If we don’t help our vendors grow into helping solve our problems we will fail.

 

Our Core Focus:

Our purpose, cause, passion: We solve problems through creativity, effective systems and management, and quality design work.

  • Solving problems is our only real sales tool. If we do not solve a problem for a customer, we can only sell commodity boxes at commodity prices and we will not stay in business.
  • By implementing Lean, SQF, our workflow series, we can compete with the low-cost providers enough to turn a profit in a difficult market. As we have proved in 2019 when we are not following our process, we do not make money.
  • For our high margin business if we do not produce something that either solves a problem in a way no one else has or is not over the top cool to impress marketers we will just be a commodity box plant and suffer the fate as described above.

Our Niche: Better, Faster, more creative solutions than the market is used to.

  • Even low margin customers disqualify you if you cannot turn a design, quote, or order very quickly.
  • If we can beat the competition in the niche as described above, we can grow more quickly than we have been and fulfill our vision.
  • If we are the first in with the coolest idea, it is much more likely that other “competitors” won’t even get a shot.
