WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

The Position

Wisteria is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate to join the Operations department. Associate must be willing to pick, pack and manifest orders. Assist with movement of inventory, from receiving to outbound. This role will also maintain a clean and organized work environment. Prior lead or supervisor experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and cohesive work environment

• Pick orders using RF-Scanners

• Pack orders as described by Wisteria’s standards
• Unloading and loading of product
• Complete other duties as assigned

You will be suited for this position if you:

• Have ability to speak, read and write in English
• Have ability to walk, climb, kneel or stand up to 90% of a normal 8 hour work day
• Have ability to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Have ability to lift up to 75 lbs over head on an intermittent basis
• Have ability to perform housekeeping and cleaning functions such as sweeping, rubbish removal, water removal, and basic janitorial activities when required
• Motivated Team Member
• Willingness to Learn
• Detail Oriented

Experience and degrees:

We are looking more for the right person that a person with a list of degrees or experience, however, it may be helpful to be that right person if you have the following:

• Previous experience in operations or warehouse role is encouraged
• RF-Scanner experience strongly encouraged

The position is based in the Dallas-Ft Worth area at Wisteria Headquarters in Farmer’s Branch, TX.
