This position will oversee tenant improvement and capital projects and requires frequent travel (30-40%).  We are looking for candidates with:                       A Bachelor’s degree in either Architect, Engineering or Construction–related fields; 5+ years of direct experience in tenant improvement project management; Experience in design and construction management of medical office (not required, but a plus); Strong communication, organizational and time management skills; and, Team-player approach to work and ability to work with all members of the building engineering, leasing, management and administrative teams.  This position is responsible for the following:  Overseeing the design and construction of all aspects of tenant construction improvements, including but not limited to coordinating, managing and hiring the design and construction team. The individual will also manage and oversee the preliminary design meetings, ongoing design thru permitting, construction bidding and review and construction management. Establish, manage and monitor scope of work, project budgets and schedules. Act as a liaison between the tenant and each design and construction team.
