(Brace) was founded in 1991, and incorporated in 1993 as a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Certification in 1996.  Brace is a Management Consulting Firm with emphasis on Government procurement support, financial management, accounting & related systems, audit preparation, Government contracts compliance, program evaluation & transaction analyses, business process support, strategic, organizational planning & financial modeling.  We provide extensive Federal procurement support - contracts’ closeout, distribution, scanning, FOIA support, relational database creation & reporting, records management, data migration and information technology support.

Our Corporate/Company site is located in Largo, MD (Washington D.C. metro area) and a Field Site in San Diego, CA. Our major clients are the U.S. Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, (SPAWAR), U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and we subcontract to provide financial support services to the Naval Sea Systems Command.
