Reporting to the Director, IQI, this role is responsible for the development of research and tools to:  consolidate and curate knowledge that continuously informs AAAHC Standards development, survey and surveyor processes, and learning offerings; analyze and report accreditation performance results against national clinical practice guidelines and relevant, evidence-based healthcare literature; and provide easily implementable and practitioner-focused tools that increase patient and employee safety and facilitate organizational compliance with AAAHC standards. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, MBD, the Marketing Analyst’s primary responsibilities are to design and generate internal and external reports and analyze Business Intelligence information to determine trends and business insights. The Marketing Analyst will translate data and identify trends and make recommendations to guide strategy improvement/refinement and outcomes. This role will also provide support for a variety of other projects requiring flexibility and ability to multi-task as the projects are varied and dependent on the needs of the organization at any given time.
