Darley Consulting, Inc. develops and delivers services and materials to increase emergency and crisis competency and practice in all segments of government and society.  DCI works collaboratively with clients to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of all types are incorporated into DCI’s training and exercises to ensure that in addition to meeting DCI’s standards of emergency performance, personnel are trained and evaluated according to current procedures and expectations as promulgated by the client.

Since 2009, Darley Consulting has conducted competency programs for influential clients and senior corporate executives. It continues to offer a variety of emergency and crisis training and assessment courses in Major Emergency Management (MEM), Command Center Training, and Leadership.

Preparing for national and state events, including catastrophic disasters, Darley Consulting provides experienced and qualified senior planning talent to the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
