Oregon Social Learning Center (OSLC) and OSLC Developments, Inc. (ODI)
The Oregon Social Learning Center (OSLC) and its affiliated organization, OSLC Developments, Inc. organizations conduct basic research and develop behavioral programs for implementation in public service systems to enhance the health and well being of vulnerable populations. Since 1974, OSLC has been awarded over $250 million dollars in federal research grants to conduct scientific studies to benefit children and families. ODI specializes in implementing evidence-based practices in states, schools, and agencies across the United States. OSLC and ODI also have a large international presence currently working in several countries in Europe and in Australia. OSLC and ODI are currently staffed by 16 Ph.D.-level social science researchers and 99 highly skilled research support and administrative staff. Researchers have published hundreds of peer-reviewed scientific articles that have influenced the landscape of the social sciences over the last 45 years (www.oslc.org).
