Founded in 2006, Corporate Guidance Solutions, Inc. (dba CGS Incorporated), has been providing and is continuing to provide Environmental Consulting, Remediation, Transportation and Disposal, custom made and delivered aggregates, asbestos abatement,  hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, and environmental construction to a multitude of clients.

CGS Incorporated is certified by the federal government and the State of California as a Small Business (SB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/ DVBE)and Micro Business (MB).
With over 12 years of operation, we have ZERO safety incidents, and have completed very complex projects from Hazardous Waste Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations, to the manufacture and delivery of very specific landfill aggregate and transportation and disposal of more than 1,000,000 tons of hazardous and non-hazardous soil.

CGS Incorporated performs environmental services, including consulting, compliance, investigations, remediation, transportation and disposal, and Military Munitions Response/Munitions Deemed As Safe (MDAS) disposal/recycling.

 Since opening our doors, we have safely and successfully completed projects for NAVFAC (Southwest, Pacific, Atlantic), US Army Corps of Engineers (Omaha, Sacramento, and Los Angeles Districts), North County Transit District, San Diego County Parks and Recreation, Mission Resource Conservation District, San Diego River Consortium, CalTrans, SDG&E, the Veteran’s Administration, and many commercial and private clients.
