  Division: Healthcare Business Unit: Flexible Packaging Department: Operations Location: Milwaukee Virtual Position: No Shift: Union Position: No Maintain day-to-day planning and scheduling of work centers to accommodate customer needs. This includes but not limited to order creation, material availability, balancing production schedules, expedite order process, achieving targeted inventory levels, and procurement of material while communicating status and results to all appropriate cross functional departments. Duties and Responsibilities Prioritize and manage work center schedule and communicating changes and adjustments to appropriate departments and management. Serve as a contact person from customer service regarding any scheduling issues or Shipping and Receiving Issues. Input and track travelling requisitions. Update and manage MRP for assigned products as necessary. Verify Purchase Orders have been received and allocate part numbers and stock items for assigned products Evaluate and plan authorized purchases and receipts for specified stock and non-stock items Ensure target inventory levels are maintained and sufficient controls are in place Communicate stock availability, lead time and expedites to Customer Service team and other departments as needed Evaluate, track and record OTIF information and lead improvement projects Logistics team leader Ensure that trucks are scheduled on daily basis Ensure that shipments are on time Ensure timely and accurate procurement of material Back-up Buyer/Specs as necessary Participate in and incorporate Continuous Improvement into activities where possible and as assigned. Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by manager Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field required Minimum 2 years planning experience in a manufacturing environment and/or experience in relevant operational experience, 3 – 5 years’ experience strongly preferred Knowledge and experience with SAP, MRP and AS400 preferred Proficient computer skills in both Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong and effective negotiating ability Ability to communicate to and across different departments effectively Knowledge and ability to work with and resolve problems regarding stock (delivery, quantity, etc.) with both outside suppliers and internal customers as necessary Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and remain calm in a complex, fast-paced and stressful environment Self-starter Team player Working Conditions Office hours Monday through Friday with some flexibility to support a 24/5 facility Office environment (controlled climate) Quiet to moderate noise; occasional loud noise when in production area Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. a few times per week. In this Maintenance role you will have the overall responsibility for the repairs and Maintenance of the Dolco Dallas Business Unit.   The Industrial Maintenance Technician-Manufacturing will repair and adjust equipment, machines, and defective components, replacing worn parts such as electrical and mechanical components or equipment. Responsibilities: Perform inspections, overhauls and troubleshooting on production equipment. This includes gearboxes, pumps, air/hydraulic cylinders and lines, process rolls, reclaim and extrusion equipment, utilities equipment such as air compressors and water chillers systems. Perform preventive maintenance inspections and overhauls on production and process equipment. Maintain and support all safety guards and comply with all safety practices / polices. Utilize safe work practices such as LOTO, Arc Flash, PSM and required PPE. Assignment of Special Task(s): There are occasions when this position will be asked to perform a special tasks based on a special skill. This task would be a project that would be beyond the normal scope of daily preventive maintenance or routine repairs. We are hiring for a Quality Technician within our Dunn Industries Division in Manchester, NH.   The Quality Technician is responsible for the inspection, assessment, verification/testing, and documentation of process and product quality on all goods, incoming goods, in-process used in the manufacture of our product and finished goods to the customer and acceptability thereof.  Included in these duties are instrument care, calibration and documentation. Follow standard methods and techniques, inspects and test product to ensure it meets customer and product specification, and alert production when standards are not met. Monitor manufacturing processes to assure process capability. Monitor product tracking methods with respect to production (i.e. order number, coil number, etc.). Maintains customer limit and retain samples. Puts questionable product on hold, initiates re-work if necessary, and inspects non-conforming product returns. Prepares routine reports – including gathering and summarizing data (i.e. preparing manufacturing standards to be released to the production floor and C of C’s for product release. Reviews overall SPC and data entry on work order packets during creation and when finalized. Knowledgeable of proper packaging specifications and acceptable quality for any given product. Continual monitoring of product quality being manufactured on the production floor.   What skills do you bring to the role? High school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years previous quality assurance experience or a combination of education and experience.  Ability to input and retrieve information from computer software.  Basic understanding of blue print reading, process equipment and inspection instruments.  Strong attention to details.
